Need help with video cards

ok basicacly i used to have an dell demensions e310 and my games ran great not sure exactly what kinda graphics card it had cause its no longer working do to a virus so we got a new computer a dell demensions e521 and the graphics card on it sucks so i was going top take the card from my old one and put it in my new one but im not sure of a few things 1 are they compatable 2 where are they located inside the computer

Other notes : video card on new compter NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE

My oponion is its not a machine for gamer with little space for upgrading.

review says gamers and gfx designers stay away, its only good of office work like databases etc.
