Can you please help me? I've downloaded the W32.Myzor.Fk@yf and don't know what to do. I've attached the HJT log. Thank you very much for your help!

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your system is infected with a variety of nasties.

Go and read the Trojan Pakes and other nasties preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

If you decide to get rid of Symantec/Norton, you should install new antivirus and firewall programmes, after Symantec/Norton is completely uninstalled. Links to antivirus and firewall programmes are in the Trojan Pakes thread.
