hi everyone,

have a prob with my toshiba satellite l310... when i turned it on awhile ago, the toshiba sign pops put and the screen goes blank and stays blank...please help

What Windows version?
Did you try Safe Mode, Last Known Good Configuration?
Any recent software/hardware changes?
Do you suspect possible infection?
