Need Help!

I have a Sony Vaio PCG-FRV37 and after learning how to fix my overheating problem I ended up making another problem. I removed the air vent/fan unit to clean it but had no idea that the processor is connected to this unit. So when I go to put everything back together I can't get the processor with its 100 little prongs seated right, at least I think thats the problem. Now it doesnt turn on, the light just turns green for a second then goes off. If anyone can help me with this I will be very grateful. Thank You

The processor only goes in 1 way. Your turning on and right back off is likely the thermal protection on the cpu. That will happen if your heatsink doesn't make good contact with your processor, fix that and the problem goes away. Unless you bent the pins or otherwise fouled up your cpu.
