Need Logfile Review Please

Can someone please review this for me. My computer is running very slow. I also had OIn on there and delted it from Add/Remove Hardware but some of the messages I am seeing state that this will not fully remove it. Can you let me know if this is true? Thank you.

Go and read the Trojan Pakes and other nasties preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
