Need quick repies new psu/video card almost here

So my second 4870x2 is coming in and i have a utlra x3 800 watt psu,but going to upgrade and pick up the 1000 watt ultra x3,will this be good to run my system?

specs is

Intel Q9450 @ 3.5 Ghz|8 GIGS ddr 2 800 mhz|ATI 4870 X2|Vista Ultimate x64|
Asus rampage Formula|2 3.0 MB Drives 500 gigs|XFI Xtreme music|Water Cooled|Antec 1200 case|Ultra x3 800 watts|

and dont for get a second hd 4870x2

and a 1000 watt psu instead of the 800
