Need Remote Software like Rescue's Log-Me-In

I have been using Rescue Log-Me-In remote software. I want to find software that works the same way, but is cheaper than $99/month. What I like about it, is that you can have a user go to a website, and install a small app, and within seconds I can connect to them. This is a hosted service and uses a gateway to establish connection between computers & traverse firewalls. This is the most important part for me that all the other programs I have tried have failed.

So does anyone know of a program that is like this and not so expensive?

VNC is free. You can use a proxy server or reverse connections to get around firewalls.

Radmin you have to pay for, supports proxies and reverse connections too AFAIK.

If you go to www.logmein.com they have a free remote control available. Just have to download the small app to the computers that you want connect to. I use it and it works for what I need. But the free version does not offer file sharing, just remote control.
