Need some advice upgrading

Hi everyone, i need some advice upgrading a old dell demison desktop 3000
i just recently ordered 2 1gb ram and also i am wondering on what cdrw-dvd-rw can i purchase for this pc and if anyone else can give me some more ideas on what to upgrade it will be apprecitaed.

Don't spend too much money. More RAM, bigger HARD Drive, and better video... That's about it, besides a CD DVD R/W drive

I agree with your decision to increase RAM to 2 GB. Is there a problem with your current CD/DVD drive?

The only other upgrades a typically recommend to customer is a system fan and possibly an external HDD if there are less than 50% free space on their internal HDD.
