Need some help... kind of odd situation.

So, a while back I downloaded the 91.47_forceware_winxp2k_english_whql driver and I don't think it ever patched right... which is fine really. Problem is, the driver is still sitting on my desktop. It just chills there. I can't move it, I can't delete it (not even with some programs I use to permanently delete things), I can't even rename it. If you guys have any suggestions about how to get rid of the thing... lemme know. It would be greatly appreciated.
