When you export your *pst files from outlook you can save it to a particular directory, be it an external or internal destination, their is an option if you want to save your personal folders and all the subfolders that come with it. This should save everything you have in Outlook, i.e., e-mails (with or without attachments), contacts, tasks, calendars, notes, etc.
