nero burning rom

    having diffculty installing nero5 burning rom keep getting this error message
    INTERNAL ERROR 2254, CLASS what is this?
    i am using windows me o/s with an nec 40*speed writer nr-9100
    the problem occurs when nero installer checks for system settings.
    i have run nero5 before but once it failed to respond so i uninstalled nero5 problem started when i tried to reinstall the software i have been trying to install a new graphics card nvidia gforce4 but my syatem wouldnt accept the card had problems with nero5 since this.
    i have an athlon amd k6-2 processor
    ANY IDEAS AS TO WHAT THE PROBLEM MAYBE ?

    For your problem, please describe exactly when it happens, which OS do you run, which CD burner do you have, which Nero version and at which stage do you get the error please.
