Hello-
I have two problems that I think are related. The first one is a "Communication failure" error message when I try to burn a disc (CD or DVD) with Nero. The second problem is I get a BSoD when I try to open Nero InfoTool. Bugcheck indicates it was Probably caused by : ntoskrnl.exe ( nt!KiTrap0E+20b ).
My system is as follows:
Abit AX8 v1.0
Athlon 64 3200+ Venice
Corsair PC3200 Dual-Channel 1024MB (2x512)
Sapphire Radeon X300SE 128MB PCI-X
Promise Ultra 100 ATA
NEC ND-2500A DVD/CD burner
The burner is connected to the third IDE channel (VIA Bus Master IDE Controller). All the drivers are up to date to the best of my knowledge. I can provide more details if needed.
Any help will be much appreciated.

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
Arguments:

Arg2: 00000010, IRQL
Arg3: 00000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: 00000000, address which referenced memory
