nero crashes and micosoft show a device conflict error *very troublesome*

Most of the time when i burn dvd's my pc either restart or i get the
blue error screen, saying that it is a device conflic. I have check in
The device manager but found no conflic.


No software installed except nero7, Mcafee, Spyware doctor and Lavasoft
adaware and the drivers for my pc just after a clean installation of
winxp sp2.

I have a msi865PEv2 motherboard,
3.0ghz processor,
512mb ram,
FX5500'256mb,
Dvd writerSony DRU800A(latest firmware installed)

When I enter the bios(up to date), although I have search in depth, I
did not found the options of disabling for 'caching' or shadowing'.

Can anyone help me???
It is becoming a real nightmare when i burn dvd's.
