Hi,
My Thermaltake multimedia keyboard, model number WK9200 shortcut keys are no longer working. The software that came with the keyboard on purchase doesn't work properly each time I install it. After installing the keyboard software, I am prompted to restart the computer, however once the computer has loaded the Windows 2000 desktop, I receive the following error message:
Netropa Hot Key: MMKeybd.exe – Application Error
The instruction at “0x77fcaea0” referenced memory at “0x00110000”. The memory could not be “written”.
Each time I try to reinstall the keyboard software the above message still keeps appearing on start up and the shortcut keyboard functions do not work.
Hope someone can help.
