Netscape and Firefox problems

    Hi
    I'm new to these forums.
    I've been having troubles with Netscape (Web browser and mail programme) and Firefox.
    The Web browsers have deleted deleted my bookmarks and the mail programme has deleted all my emails. This happens when my computer reboots itself.
