Hey again everyone, after installing ewido and some anti adware programs on my computer to remove some nasties, i noticed that my network connections is taking up to 2 mins to load up, trying to start it manually in services, causes it to freeze up for about a minute. Uninstalled all the programs that i used to remove my enemies and no change. Is the svchost.exe bugged or something? I know this isnt the right forum, but i didnt have much time.

installing ewido has nothing to do with it. What changed in your network?
You're describing a network timeout issue accessing the shares when your
network is not fully functional (yet).

Did you recently add these shares and just now notice the new symptom?

An example from my laptop. I have a broadband connection via a router and
the cable is frequently already attached. If I boot up like this, I get a long
delay before I get to the Login Screen. However, by removing the cable before
I boot, the system quickly comes to the Login and I can replug the cable and
just move on pleasantly. The delay comes from the XP OS attempting to find
    remote shares et al.
