Network install tab!

Hi, i have set up peer to peer network and want to copy over and install programmes from master to client, but while doing this i am loosing files. i understand there is a way of sharing a file which holds your progs you want to install.

MS says i have to have "network install" tab enabled in the add/remove dialogue windows.

How's this done.
