    i'd like to connect two of my computers together using the one monitor. can anyone show me how?
    What stuff do i buy?

    How close to each other are they (distance). You can just buy a KVM switch to allow 1 keyboard, 1 mouse, and 1 monitor to control 1 computer at a time.

    Or if you really wanted to do it over networking you could use VNC Viewer. It's worth checking out anyway.

    thanks for the advice about the kvm switch. i checked them out and they're pretty cheap. what is a vcm viewer? could you tell me more? also how would i connect the speakers so both pcs use the same speakers.

    get a KVM that also includes sound (like some Belkin SOHO models)
