New build, blank screen

Hi, new to the forums, nice to meet everyone.

Recently built a new pc, parts:

Asus A8N5X skt 939 Mobo
AMD Athlon X2 3800+ CPU with stock HSF
Geforce 7600GT graphics
2x512mb DDR400 Apacer RAM
TAX 450W PSU
320Gb Seagate SATA 7200RPM HDD
Liteon 16x DVD

After putting everything together, I plugged in and powered on, but all I got was a blank monitor, no lost signal message, just sitting there in standby. The monitor is plugged into the graphics card, there is no VGA out on the mobo. Fans are spinning, LEDs are on. This case doesn't have a speaker so not sure if it wants to beep or not. I've tried resetting CMOS, and checked the PSU - its putting out 26A on the +12V rail, so I assume that's enough. Any help appreciated!

Disregard, after pulling it apart, benching it and putting it all back together, it now works. Maybe it was dust or something? Nevermind, it works so I'm happy. Thanks for your reply Darth, yeah apparently it does
