New build PC won't boot

Just finished building my new pc and it won't start, first build, need help...
I've checked the cpu and cpu power, I've checked the power to the motherboard to the rm 650

Does anything turn on like the fans? You could try jumping the power switch jumpers with a flat screwdriver.

If nothing turns on at all, and I mean nothing happens when you press the button then I would do a test on the power supply to see if it might be faulty, carry this simple test using a paper clip:

If that is working then it might be something with cables, double check you connected the front I/O panel properly for the buttons to work
