new built pc problem

    hi friends

    i have problem with new pc built, i have purchased new mother board name asrock 4i5gv prescott 800mhz and new power supply for pc and made pc but when i start a pc its not process anything i check all thing like power , borad power port and ram , but i could not solve this. pls needs help about this problem will appreciated
