New Built PC won't give display

I know there are lots of people posted about this but my situation is a little bit different. I am giving the specs now :
Gigabyte GA-F2A78M-D3H
Crucial Ballistix 2gb
AMD A4-7300
WD Blue 320+Gb
Evga 500 w1 80+

As you can see there is no gpu, so I connected the vga cable to the mobo, but no display unfortunately.. What should be done ?

Thank you so much

Need more information:
- do all the fans (cpu, psu, case) spin at the same time?
- does the HDD spin up?
- any beeps? if yes, look up "beep code" for your type of BIOS and share that
- check manual to see if your motherboard has LED error codes, if so note flashing LED count and length and share that

- All the fans are working, the case fan stops for a second after it starts spinning, but then works again.
-hdd spins
-no beeps
-can't see any led on the mobo

OK, power at the motherboard and possibly 'OK' (absence of error codes, may be no errors).

Try to access BIOS on start (check motherboard manual for proper key). Can you do that? If you can check your video setting and adjust based on manual.

If not, then :
What is display?
What kind of connection? (VGA, displayport, etc)
Is the display on? Do you see anything on the display screen (mine displays "No Signal" for a bit)?
Are there display settings which you can access on the display?
Have you tried adjusting them?

I can't access bios since the monitor says "No Signal", I have tried both vga and hdmi. Tried adjusting the settings, nothing happened

Monitor 'works' - "no signal" is displayed.

You tried a couple of different monitor cables and neither worked

This leaves motherboard as the culprit...Do you know if this board has the F4 BIOS or newer? - if it has an earlier BIOS then that is probably the issue - which you solve by getting a CPU which works with whatever version of BIOS that you do have and upgrading the BIOS to version F4 or newer. CPU Support List is a pop-up link from http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4875#

It I s time for you to contact Gigabyte support to see if they have a solution (if bought really recently, the store you bought it at might give you an exchange - or lend you a CPU).
