Hello everyone, I am very new to this site and don't really know how it works and I also do not have a lot of background with fixing computers or ridding the system of viruses. I recently started getting various pop up windows from sagispul and other sites, have had a couple keyboard malfunctions and sounds playing, and I've determined that I have a bad virus. I did a HijackThis scan but the virus seems to have caused any pop up upload windows from opening and I cannot upload my log, I will try again after restarting my pc. In the meantime is there anything I can do, and can some one walk me through this to get rid of this virus?
Please keep in mind I am not horribly experienced when it comes to fixing computers, but I do know my way around them.
