New comp suggestions

  1. About to order parts for new computer..need some suggestions.

    7900gt Vs.x1900xt

    and motherboard suggestions in the $250 price range for an e6600/775..ordering tonight so prompt responses would be wonderful

    Here is a prompt response, though a worthless one, couldn't help you there. I think both vid cards are smoking. Just read the reviews, see what "stuff" they give you, compare warranties etc...

    As for the motherboard, my suggestion is go with MSI. They are my fav, though some others will doubtless say Asus and Abit and so forth.

    I personally love dfi lan party bords, athough they are the most expensive they are also the best.

    Found a positive review on that board- he was running X1900XT, so it must be compatible, eh?

    If it has a PCI-e, wouldn't it be compatable? I didn't know they were making MoBo specific Video Cards now :(
