New CPU/Mobo/Ram/, Delay in windows startup, Help Plz!

    I just installed a new socket 939 Chaintech motherboard yesterday (model S1689), an amd64 3400+ CPU and 512 mb of ddr400 pc3200 ram. I reinstalled windows and everything seems to be running smoothly. However, when I reboot there is a roughly 2 minute delay where my screen remains black before the windows startup screen (with the blue status meter) begins. I'm running Windows XP with Sp2 installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    The HDD LED was in reversed, that seems to have solved the problem.
