New Graphic Card

I am using Intel Desktop Board D845GEBV2, i want to know which Graphic Card will work on board that supports complete Dx9 features.
I can spend <$100 for this card.

I want to play NFS-carbon on this board although i tried playing NFS-MostWanted with lowest settings w/o any graphic card.
