New guy in town!

    Hi Folks, my name is John. I'm new to techspot and I'm hoping to expand my knowledge and pc capabilities. First off I'm looking to re-install Windows XP Home edition. Any suggestions or can you point me to a good post. I'm sure I'm not the first to go down this road.

    By reinstall Windows, do you mean a complete reformat and reinstall?

    If you do, take a look at the attached .txt file.
