New Here. Task Manager Help CTRL ALT DEL not working

Hey I am new here and Im finding this site pretty useful. I am having a problem with my ctrl alt del function. Whenever I press it, it does not pop up. Also when I right click on my tool bar and manually select task manager it does not work. It is not disabled b.c its on and enabled. Also my system restore pt function does not work either. I am guessing it is a virus or something. But i need this to go away as soon as possible since finals are coming and I need my computer to be healthy lol. I have hijack this but I really do not know what to delete. Any insight ?

CTRL ALT DEL doesnt work? scanner webpage freezes

I posted yesterday about the ctrl alt delete function not working
i followed the steps however the home scanner page freezes when i get there. should i skip this step

Yes you should skip this step for now and carry on with the rest of the instructions.
