    I Put A New Mobo And When I Start The Comp It Freezzee . I Clear Cmos By Removing The Jumper When I Start It Again It Will Give Me The Same Problem. Do Anybody Has An Idea Was It S The Problem.

    Unless you replaced the old mobo with the exact same new mobo, your PC will not work.
    You will have to reinstall Windows, and install the drivers that came on the CD with that new mobo.

    mount the HD on another pc and backup if you can, because you might have to format.
