New motherboard and psu no display

I have replaced my mobo and psu today. I get no display. I tried switching my ram my mobo doesn't have an onboard video. The lights and hard drive power on the gpu does as well. I can't seem to figure out what's going on, I've tried switching the ram and there is no onboard video to try otherwise.

Can you try a different GPU? Do you have access to one for temporary testing purposes?

I do, I have tried it as well. Didn't seem to work
