New pc boot up problems

I have just built a new machine to the following spec:
    Abit NF7-S2
    Semperon 2800+
    Crucial PC3200 256Mb
    FX5200 graphics
    Hitachi 80Gb SATA hard drive
    Sony DVD Writer
    Floppy

My problem is that when I power it up all the lights come on, the fans spin, some noise from the hard drive but nothin on the screen, no sound or warning beeps from the speaker.
I have checked all connections, moved the memory to other slots, taken the mobo out and re-installed the processor, tried an old Athlon 1200MHz processor but nothing seems to fire it up.
I have checked it with my post probe card which suggests a problem with the L2 cache so I am wondering if there may be a problem with the processor.
Have any of you guys any other suggestions?

That sounds like the processor, but can be Mb, The other processor did not work either.
Can you test the CPU's in another machine,or is the supplier of the Mb close enough to test or exchange.

Sorry about the late reply, but I finally got it sorted, I just reset the BIOS with the jumper and it is now working OK :D
