New PC wont boot

I built new first Corei7 pc and i am having problems booting it
I have tried the Bench Test Method and all the compenots are running but the pc shuts down after 10-20s. I am unable to get a video signal or substain power.

Sounds like your PSU might not be able to sustain the system or is not functioning properly.

yeah sounds like a psu issue, that's why i asked if he can boot into safe mode, was hoping his vga wouldnt throttle up too much in safe mode.

You first need to identify that the PSU is actually the cause of the problem. If it is, then getting a larger one would be appropriate yes. And yes, 750W should be fine.

i think the psu might be the problem also i have 2 wait til tomarrow anyways cuz my pc stores near me close @ 8. Th epsu is working fine on another pc but it might not be enough 2 power core i7 hd 4870 and such as
 
nevermind i found put the problem was a smal lsort on a screw touch the main board ps2 port wow all that time looking for stuff and something small as that dam electronics. thanks for the advice every1
