New program not responding

Well Band-in-a-box(the program i recently installed) seems to work fine in safe mode after fixing the problems you helped me with earlier. But in normal windows xp mode, when i try to launch the program it doesnt respond, no window comes up for it. the process shows up in task manager, but its cpu and memory usage are blank. any help would be greatly appreciated.

oh dear

heres another fun twist for ya,lol. Works perfect in safe mode, and it will install in afe mode. However, i can neither install it in normal mode, nor can i run it once its been isntalled in safe mode. Anyone who has the compassion and wisdom to help me, dont hesitate,lol. thank you for any help.
