New to PC Gaming, is this a good PC build?

I am looking forward to buy a budget gaming pc and after searching around the internet for some time, I have made a plan for a gaming pc.
This is the build which I have made so far:
CPU - https://goo.gl/5QRXGk
Motherboard - https://goo.gl/vZAe8i
GPU - https://goo.gl/7eBeAa
RAM - https://goo.gl/xaegvq
PSU - https://goo.gl/3ADYkt
HDD - https://goo.gl/NWyf8i
Cabinet - https://goo.gl/D4pPkL
I wanted to know if this a good build and can it run the following games:
GTA 5
Watch Dogs 2
The Last of us
GTA 4
If possible, I would want to know at which settings and how much fps

You want two sticks of memory so you get dual channel bandwidth. Either 2x4GB or 2x8GB.

I'd never buy a power supply that lied about it's capacity like that one does as you don't know how else they're deceiving you. It's only capable of outputting 25A at 12V which is the same as most reputable 300-350W models.

If it's a comparable price I'd go for an RX 460 4GB instead of a GTX 1050 unless you need something that's nVidia specific as compatible variable refresh rate monitors are much cheaper.

I can't judge the prices of components as I'm not familiar with prices in India.

A GTX 1050 or RX 460 will run everything you ask them to. The settings and frame rate will depend on your screen resolution and the game.
