New Trojan + 8 Step Logs

  1. Hey guys,

I commonly view this forum and I am usually able to solve most problems by searching. This time, I have come across a Trojan that I have never seen before. Spy Sweeper cannot remove it whether the Hard Drive is being scanned in Safe Mode, Scanned Externally by another computer, or normal mode. Spy Sweeper calls it "Troj/User32Hk-A" and it's running as "user32.dll." Anyway, I have attached the logs from the 8 steps. I have also attached the Spy Sweeper log. Thanks!

    Jake

I just scanned with F-Secure (Removed AVG) and it is says the trojan is "trojan.win32.patched.bb" located in the user32.dll.

    Hey guys,

I hate bumping, and please forgive me for doing so, but I'm in a pickle here. I'm out of ideas and really appreciate any input you have. Thanks again...

    Jake
