new user in win xp with limited options

Hello

I would like to create new user in win xp but I want to allow this user to only run internet explorer (web surfing) and to see and write to only one folder.
Access to all other folder is not allowed to this user

How to do this in win xp ?

You have to give them permissions to do whatever you want them to do.

A limited account is just what is says limited.

Yes I created limited account but this user can run all programs and also see all folders files on disk c and d.
How for example hide all content on d disk and only allow this user to run internet explorer
