I recently upgrade my video card to geforce7800GS, post a thread about what happen to my old card

So...this new videocard is not what I expect it can't even run warcraft3 on all high settings smoothly where my dead old videocard can at just a bit lower setting. And only manage to get around 30~50 fps in CS:S with
1024x768 all high.(maybe I was expecting too much?)
and it crashes alot esspecially when playing fear, actually I can't play fear. It'll crash in about 2mins after I start the game. I tried updating my driver and all but still, heres a thread with my minidumps: https://www.techspot.com/vb/topic64515.html I'm pretty sure its my videocard but what could cause it to perform so poorly?
I have a dell XPS 2 specs: p4 3.0ghz 1gb memory.
