    A new member

Hi; I have just joined Techspot. I have found useful information here while tweaking my computer. Although my system is an antique by 2007 standards, it has served me well over the past six years oh so. I started my computer career off at my old workplace. My first puter at home was a 386sx with 2 megs of ram, a 40 meg hard drive, and a modem..... gosh, seems like only yesterday. My current system is a P3 600, 768 megs ram, a 13 gig hard drive and dsl hookup. Slow by today's standards, but it gets me on the web and accomplishes most of what I need it for. The only thing now that I am running into, it is getting harder every week to get software for it..I'm using Win 98SE.... Oh, well, a new puter is just over the horizon....
Thanks for letting me become a member, and thank all the contributers for their input..
