  1. Google has had a hard time keeping the Nexus 5 a secret. Today, the yet-to-be-released smartphone briefly appeared in the Play Store, revealing the price point its 16 GB version is set to occupy: $349; the same price as the...

Why did they get rid of the curved front edges. :( It's so svelte on the N4.

  3. Looks good, I'll be installing Ubuntu on mine.

  4. This almost begging for FireFox OS in a dual boot config. Will be my 1st "proper" SmartPhone I hope .. after dreadful time still using an2.3 with 0.5gb.

I quite like the design on this, only second to the original HTC One.

I think the pricing to buy a decent phone outright is getting a lot better

Eh, nice design. But the $350 pricetag is questionable.

In what way is it questionable? Please point me to a phone with a snapdragon 800 processor with an Adreno 330 GPU, 1080P screen, and LTE that is unlocked, with a no contract price tag of $349. You can't. Don't say its questionable. Its not. Google will have my money.

Even if it was locked, the phone would still be relatively cheap. If the rumored specs are real, the SoC alone should make it cost around the $500 mark.
