No data message...

Hi All,

Please help a novice!, I'm running windows xp sp2, when my homepage is loading on start up a small square box appears with "No Data!" message-I've done a spybot scan and that hasn't found any gremlins-can anyone advise me as to what's gong on?, computer seems to run slow even after deleting temp files etc.,

not sure what's going on but I'm still getting the "no data!" message and laptop is running really slow, am running zone alarm and scans aren't picking anything up!, please advise...
what's a highjackthis log?,-warned you I am a novice!!

I advise my customer to use multiple anti-spyware programs. Here are the 3 I recommend:

• Ad-Aware 2007
• Spybot Search & Destroy
• AVG Anti-Spyware

All are free and can be downloaded over the Internet.

Ok, first of all download hijackthis.

Click here

Download HijackThis! from any of the servers, double click it to run it, then choose 'Scan with log', or something like that.

When the log is saved, you need to 'Go Advanced' when replying on this messageboard, and click 'Add Attachment'. Add 'hijackthis.log', which should be somewhere like in 'My Documents'.

Then post it on here
