No desktop icon, no taskbar, no nothing and task manager not responding

Hi can any one help me this problem

I have windows xp I installed a seven remix theme to make it look like windows 7
But wen I restarted the computer I had no icons or taskbar and my task manager wont work all I have I just a blank screen with a stupid wallpaper. im using my phone to post this up

will it boot in to safe mode. ( F8 on the key board) If so try uninstalling the theme ware and see if this lets it boot into windows.

Safe mode is blank as well

It looks like you have a problem. You may need to run a windows repair on your system.

I dnt have the repair or recovery disc

Dose the computer or laptop have a recovery partion

Is that like a self recovery if so , no it doesnt

not good , You will need to see if someone can lend you a windows Xp disk. This way you can run a repair.
