No Fans, No LED, No power on...but ethernet cord blinks orange when plugged in.

My computer has turned on fine for the past year and a half. I was playing Counter Strike Source recently and the computer turned off.

-When I press the case power switch, absolutely nothing happens.
-The fans do not turn on,
-the LEDs don't light up.
-Nothing changes.
-shorted power switch pins, didnt work
-Power Supply is set to 115V.
-The 20-pin ATX and 4-pin ATX and IDE power cables are all plugged in properly.
- removed the motherboard from the case, reattached it (properly grounded as it was when it used to work).
- removed and dusted the video card, RAM, sound card, motherboard, processor fan, case fans, everything.
-power switch cable from my case succeeds in turning on my brother's motherboard when I plug it in (exact same motherboard, MSI 865PE Neo-2).

My power supply seems to work, at least in powering the ethernet cord that is plugged into my motherboard (the cord blinks orange). But nothing else lights up. But that did not solve the problem.

If anyone has a solution, please let me know soon. Thank you.

Any chance your brother would let you borrow his PSU for a few minutes?

I know this sounds crazy but I've seen it work once - flip that 115 switch to 230 (probably leave it there for a second or so - no idea if time has anything to do with it or not) and then flip it back to 115. BE SURE TO HAVE THE UNIT UNPLUGGED WHEN DOING THIS. Then plug it back up and see if it will fire up for you.
