  1. I have a client who has wild blue as their isp. I have done ipconfig, ifpconfig/all, ping and etc... She is getting everything that would indicate that she should get out to the internet. However, when you click onto ie6 you get nothing. Even the tracert showed me that she was getting out. I have no idea what is happening. Any suggestions?

    Firewall? Security?
  3. ip address but no internet

As far as firewall and security those have all been turned off. She is getting out to the internet through cmd. I know she has norton's security; could something be going wrong in there? Or could ie have gone bad.....

Is IE set to "work off line"? If so change it and try again.
  5. What do you mean...by set to work fine?

I did not say that it was set to work fine, I said " work offline".
With your Internet Explorer open click on "file" and then have a look to see if "work offline" has a tick next to it, if it does remove it.
  7. I am sorry I did type what I read. Thanks for your help. My client called me and said that if was up and running.
I do appreciate all the help that you provided.
