idk whut my brother did but i keep on giting this

every time i do any thing whith sound in it

i did whut it sead but nuthing diffrent happened

hmm

go to run-->services.msc and make sure windows audio service is not disabled or any services that depend on it or it depends on
 
check bios see if ac-97 is disabled there,

may have deleted audio drivers and may need to reinstall windows but I doubt that and that should only ever be a last resort.

go on the net and google ac-97 drivers
get drivers
go to control panel, add new hardware -> manually select device -> audio video sound controllers -> manually select drivers -> point to your drivers

cross fingers.
