No online audio?

  1. I recently let somebody use my computer and they really screwed it up...they somehow managed to download "malware" on my computer which came along with a couple "behaviorals" and a couple trojens...One of which somehow destoyed my mcafee. So I bought spy sweeper antivirus and i think i got all the bad stuff off. But now when I am online, I can't hear any audio. I can hear audio on my windows media player and any offline games i play. I tried going into control panel and adjust the volume, but it is saying that I don't have any audio devises hooked up.

Also, my volume button on my keyboard no longer works. The volume on my moniter works and the volume on my 2.1 speakers works.

I also can no longer get into my mcafee, i can't even uninstall it...everytime i try to do anything with it, mcafee screen appears and disappears within a couple seconds.

    Please Help!!!

well, you suggest yourself your system is messed up with malware.

reinstalling windows would do the trick.

Alternatively install avg or similar freeware and scan your PC for issues...

    Good Luck
