Can anyone tell me why when I access the techspot IE 6.0 page, the explanatory photos thereon don't load and only appear as a little red "x" within a tiny square box? I have IE 6.0 and Win98 SE, FYI... Thanx, Lida Rose

Do you have Norton Firewall? Or a type of Firewall installed? If you do, disable it temporarily to view the pictures...

Nope, I do have Zone Alarm (free) on the computer, but I haven't been using it because it takes up so much (10%) in resources...

what is your connection speed? it may just be a question of waiting for the images to load. My broadband sometimes shows those X's. It's not that they're broken, they just haven't loaded. This might not be the case, but it sounds like it might be.

Once the page is done loading (even with the pix not showing up), right click on one/1 of the pictures, and select "Show Picture". Also try clicking the refresh button up at the top of IE.
