No Response of WINDOWS XP after program download

I download a program (PRIVACY KEYBOARD) that made my notebook restart and after that, my computer turned on and showed the windows xp thing. But after that (usually appears my name and asks for a password) appeared a black window and in the right bottom appears a box that says "this computer is protected bt Privacy keyboard" and nothing else happens!!! It is stuck!!!
Please somebody tell me what to do!!!

Restart in safe mode, by pressing F8 whrn prompted. Then do a system restore to a date before you installed the software.
