No- Right click button with PC

My original mouse broke so i borrowed my fathers from his mac....i kno when you have a one button mouse to right click you got to press the ctrl button and the mouse button but its not workin on my computer ...can anyone tell me a way to make my pc recongnize the ctrl button and mouse button as the right click

Hey I just figured it out so if anyone else wants to kno....you can go to assecibillities and go to mouse and click use mouse keys.....set it so that it only works on number lock and when u turn it on u can still u the mouse regular but when it come to the right click you press the + sign on ur number pad
