No sound on my PC

So I have installed windows 7 ultimate 32bit and deleted all data from before. Now I have no sound, that is no devices are detected in Playback but my headphones and speakers are plugged in. Only this HD digital audio device is here... What should I do?

Looks like you're running with the Windows generic audio drivers. Go to the support site from the computer or m/b vendor and download the drivers your model computer.
