No Sound

    I have a Compaq Presario 5600i and I upgraded to windows ME. Now i don't have any sound. Under hardware devices it has a "?" by Multimedia devices. Anyone know how to fix this, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks Greg

    you need to go to the device manager, select the audio device and select 'update driver." Be sure to include windows update in the driver search criteria.
